Ready to take the leap? Follow these enrollment steps to start your journey with PHINMA Education.
Registration
Location: Marketing Department
Fill out the Student Permanent Record (SPR) and Information Sheet.
For transferees, proceed to Step 3. Subject Crediting.
Verification
Location: Marketing Department
Submit the following required documents for verification, if available:
- Form 138
- NSO Birth Certificate
- Hawak Kamay (HK) Certificate or Results for HK Scholars
Subject Crediting
Location: Registrar's Office
Seek advice from the Registrar’s Office to evaluate and credit your existing academic records.
Submit Requirements
Location: Registrar Department
Submit the remaining requirements:
- Form 138
- NSO Birth Certificate
- Hawak Kamay (HK) Certificate for HK Scholars
Payment
Location: Registrar Department
Pay the corresponding downpayment:
- Non-scholars: ₱1,500
- Scholars: ₱750
Wait for your printed Official Registration Form (ORF) or Temporary Registration Form (TRF) in case schedule is not yet ready.
