Get your log in details via email, log in to the application portal and fill out all the necessary details.

For Online Payment:

At the SIS portal, pay your downpayment via Paynamics online payment with 3 easy steps:

  • Click “Pay Online” button

  • Click the “Proceed Button” fill out the necessary details and select the preferred payment method. (Gcash, Maya, Online Bank transfer or Over the counter)

  • You may view and print your receipt after payment.

For Onsite Payment:

Proceed to the cashier’s office and pay the corresponding downpayment:

  • Non-scholars: ₱1,500
  • HK Scholars: ₱750
  • Incoming Grade 11 SHS from public schools: ₱200
  • Incoming Grade 11 SHS from private schools with ESC Vouchers: ₱500
  • Incoming Grade 11 SHS from private schools without ESC Vouchers: ₱1,000

Receive your new credentials via email, log in to the SIS portal and fill up for enlistment.

You may now check you ORF (Official Registration Form) after 24 hours.
